Go to the Healy Asia Shop 前往 Healy 亞洲商城:

🔹 Step 2 第 2 步
After logging in, navigate to Backoffice.

🔹 Step 3 第 3 步
You'll be directed to the Backoffice login page. Enter your login credentials again to access the Backoffice.

Once inside the Backoffice, scroll down the left-hand menu and select Support Center.

In the Support Center section 在支援中心中:
- Choose "Support-Center Asia"

On the Support Center page, click "Log-in With Your Healy World Platform Account!".

Log in to the Support Center using your existing credentials.

After logging in, carefully read the instructions and click "Submit a new case" to open a new request.

From the dropdown menu, select the option that best matches your device’s situation.

Complete all required fields with accurate information and upload any relevant files.
