3. Click "Senarai Keseluruhan Transaksi Dalam Talian" (List of All Online Transaction)

4. You will find what you need in session "Lesen Memandu Saya", category 

"4. Rayuan Lesen Memandu Tamat Tempoh, Permohonan dan semakan keputusan rayuan bagi lesen tamat tempoh." (Appeal For Renewal of Expired Driving 

5. Click on the end of the category 4 "Mula" (Start)

6. You will arrive to the main page for the appealing. You are ready for Phase II.

1. Choose your category - Kategori ID* :

MYKAS - Temporary Resident
PTM - Permanent Resident in Malaysia
MyKAD - Citizen of Malaysia
POL - Police Officer
TEN - Soldier
LLN - Non Malaysia Citizen

2. Choose License Type - Jenis Lesen* :

Lesen Memandu Kompeten (CDL) - Driving License Competent (Normal Car)
Lesen Memandu Konduktor (CON) - Driving License for Conductor
Lesen Memandu Barangan (GDL) - Driving License for Goods
Lesen Memandu Percubaan (PDL) - Driving License for trainee
Lesen Memandu PERKHIDMATAN AWAM (PSV) - Driving License for Public Transport

3. Type your Identity Number - No. ID* :

4. Type the security code shown in the box Kod Sekuriti* :

5. Click button "Semak" (Check), or click button "Set Semula" (Reset).

* All four fields are compulsory to be filled in.

6. If you click "Semak" (Check), and your info will be shown (if found). You are requested to fill in "Sebab Gagal Membaharui" (Reason Fail to Renew)

7. Click button "Hantar" (Send), or "Kembali" (Back)

8. You will receive the message :

"Transaksi permohonan rayuan telah berjaya. Sila cetak Slip sebagai rujukan." (Your appeal application transaction is successful. Please print Slip for reference.)

9. Click "Cetak Slip" (Print Slip) or "Kembali" (Back).

10. Your slip will look like this:
